We understand that there may come a time when you would like to delete your ZenAI account. This page provides you with the necessary information and steps to take if you decide to proceed with account deletion.
What Does Account Deletion Mean?
Deleting your ZenAI account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Upon deletion:
- All personal information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our databases. This includes your email, password, name, and any conversations with the AI if you’ve consented to their collection.
- You will lose access to any subscriptions, products, or services you’ve purchased through ZenAI.
- Your unique account ID will be erased, and our support team will no longer be able to assist you with any past account issues.
How to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your account: Ensure you are logged into the ZenAI app with the account you wish to delete.
- Go to the Account Settings: Navigate to the “Account Settings” section within the app.
- Request Account Deletion: Find the “Delete Account” option and follow the instructions to initiate the deletion process.
- Confirmation: You will be asked to confirm your account deletion. Please read the confirmation message carefully to understand the consequences of deletion.
- Final Step: Upon confirmation, your account will be scheduled for deletion. It may take up to 14 days for your account and all associated data to be permanently deleted from our systems.

Before You Delete
We recommend backing up any important information or data you wish to keep before proceeding with account deletion. Once your account is deleted, there will be no way to recover this information.
